Your nutritionist, Kimberly Mathai, can help you create a food plan that keeps you safe and satisfied. She’ll work with you to develop tools, like having a food allergy card to show to restaurant staff, to helping you develop meal and menu plans.

People with multiple food allergies may feel they must solve their problem on their own. At Your Nutrition Design, you’ll learn that there are other foods to eat. You’ll have a virtual grocery store tour where you can see the products, packages and study labels of foods special to your food allergy profile. With Kimberly Mathai, RD,CDE, as your nutrition guide, you’ll learn how to cook safely with your allergies and how to modify your favorite recipes to be allergy free. The good news is that your food allergy challenges will get easier to manage with time and practice.

Supplementing Nutrient Deficiencies

Restrictive food plans may cause nutritional deficiencies. Using a computerized food analysis to analyze your food diary, you’ll learn what nutrients you may be lacking, and what foods to eat to meet your nutrient goals. In addition, your nutritionists, Kimberly Mathai, RD, CDE,will make recommendations for supplemental nutrition, as needed. Children with Food Allergies

For parents who have children with food allergies, you may feel you have special challenges feeding your child. Kimberly Mathai RD can help you understand how to manage your child’s picky eating and add variety to your child’s meal. She can offer strategies to avoid food fights at home but that educate your child to refuse unsafe foods away from home.
